This high viscosity polyolefin hot melt adhesive is designed for use in the filter industr. It has a short open time and good adhesion to polypropylene without pre-treatment.
TECHNOMELT® AS 4203 is a high viscosity polyolefin hot melt adhesive that provides rapid bond strength on a variety of substrates, including difficult-to-bond plastics. It has a short open time, eliminating the need for clamps or fixtures, offers high temperature resistance, and can be applied via a hot melt gun or a choice of melting units for semi- or fully automated production. With high temperature creep resistance, this beige adhesive forms an elastic film and is well suited to the filter industry. Its low fogging values make it ideal for vehicle indoor filters.
